For the role of Specialist IT Operations Lead we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills. The responsibilities include:
What you bring
2-5 years-experience of working in an IT/IS Operations/Support team in multinational environment. Fluent English knowledge Good problem-solving skills Basic knowledge at MS Windows based desktop & server technologies (Windows7, 8, 10) Basic knowledge on LAN/WAN/IP network technologies, protocols Knowledge of some other industries: data centres, voice network (VoIP), Contact Center, Virtualization solutions Good IT asset and technical competence Familiarity with trouble ticketing approach and systems (esp. Remedy) Problem solving skillsAdvantages:
Experience in supporting the deployments of IT infrastructure and Contact Centre IP telephony product sets Experience in remote desktop solutions and Remote Desktop Management solutions (Cisco, VDI, TeamViewer, etc.) Knowledge of ITIL v3 Foundation methodologyPlease, apply with an English version of your CV.
