In this capacity, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate pricing levels and related pricing inquiries to Electrical & Lighting's Sales force globally. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supports operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

  In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: To review and enter quotation requests submitted by the sales field and communicate with the sales representative as required to obtain the information needed. To generate new or revised quotes for the Pricing Tool within the approved turn-around time based on established guidelines. To implement price changes by creating new or updating existing stock or sales program pricing. To analyze gathered information and data using descriptive analytics (basic mathematics and comparative analysis), interpret the data, and provide in-depth analysis based on the findings. To monitor quote status and follow-up approval with management. To provide backup support for similar or related functions.

You have a strong sense of responsibility to accurately process requests for special pricing levels in a timely and accurate manner. You are customer-focused, ensuring that they receive a positive experience without compromising our company’s rules and regulations. You are proactive in providing the customers with the pertinent information needed for a timely sales offer. You’re interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work across all teams in the company.

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in any 4-year business course or equivalent. 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Quotations/Pricing. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet) Excellent organizational skills. Well organized, able to handle multiple tasks, ability to shift priorities. Can handle high stress and work in a very fast paced environment. Strong decision-making ability and analytical skills is a must.\ Accuracy and attention to details.
