Primary Responsibilities Contacts students and departments to resolve issues related to Student Account Services. Manages phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to all Student Account Services processes. Maintains and oversees various office technologies (iPads, laptops, printers, etc.). Facilitates departmental programming and assist with event efforts. Assists with all front line services. Provides technical support relating to the Bearkat OneCard to departmental and students. Oversees departmental ID badge printing. Including the printing, charging and auditing of records. Contributes to policy development for the Bearkat OneCard.
