Specialist II Post Sales

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Acting as the go-to person for all Receipting, Shipping, Invoicing, RMA, Credit & Re-bill, support requests and related queries for ANZ business.  Coordinating with Factory, Proposals/Project Managers, customers, and order Post Order Execution team to ensure high accuracy and speed in completing & invoicing of order lines.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree, any field. At least 1.5 year of experience in order management, data entry, data administration or customer support functions. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. General understanding of the quote-to-cash process.
