In this capacity, you will also make the necessary changes and updates in orders as required by the sales office counterparts, project managers and business administrators.

In this role, you will:
Enter Data/Order/Items into Business System Enter and books Billing Only Transaction Respond to Level 1 general inquiries and requests received from mailbox and identify need for escalations. Allocate Requests/Tasks/Emails to appropriate individual/support group. Update order/quote records/data/status in Business System Update item promise ship date based on factory order acknowledgement data and informs planner about advances and/or delays in product shipment. Resolve order management inquiries and support/function escalations from peers. Analyzes, qualifies, and completes change order requests for orders Tier 2 and above. Verifies New customer accounts and works with Customer Vendor Data Hub team for creation of accounts in the business systems. Process invoices, resolves billing errors, creates credit and re-invoice if needed. Conducts basic/overview/awareness training on process and business tools.For this role, you will need:
A bachelor’s degree in any field At least 2 years of experience in related documentation management, data entry and/or data administration support or function Proficiency in English communication skills Proficiency in MS Office applications Willingness to work on mid shiftOur Culture & Commitment to You
