About the Role

协助客户经理维护与客户、中介的关系,提供优质的客户服务

岗位职责:

负责大客户基础服务与管理,包括指导客户填写和收集相应资料、维护日常保全、对账、跟进新单、续保流程等工作;

保单服务中的客户维护及前后台协调沟通、供应商沟通;

负责日常客户简单咨询的处理;

接收理赔资料、核对和寄送合同、发票等;

其他相关的日常工作

岗位要求:

大学及以上学历;

2年客服/保险从业经验,细心耐心、要求具备很强的沟通协调能力;

主动接受挑战,积极向上、能承受较大工作压力,学习能力强;

熟练使用office 办公软件,包括Excel、PPT、Word;

优秀的英语口语及书面写作能力,具备团队合作精神;

会使用思维导图、海报制作或者对数字敏感等可优先考虑
