+ Co-work with AE to optimize the NSP in-season management planning tool and facilitate the quick and meaningful alignment.
+ Support Products model/SKU level in-season tracking sell-thru and retail sales performance
+ Recap seasonal sales performance vs LY / plan from different perspective: FOP, key product, key door, and marketplace inventory, etc.
**Job Qualifications:**
+ Comprehensive understanding of retail math
+ Ability to create reports, sales plans based on business sense
+ Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others
+ Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.
+ Good team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners on all aspects of the business
**Critical Experiences Gained:**
+ Finance knowledge
+ Product insights
+ Effectively communication and Influencing skills
+ Experience of coding or big data analysis (eg: VB, SQL server, Python) is a plus
