**Job Purpose:**
Responsible for territory retail operation management, execution & elevation of partner retail excellence
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Understand and deliver territory retail business strategy & program to guide future retail business and long-term partnership with wholesalers
+ Set seasonal branch lever door plan with X-functional alignment before season kick-off and keep tracking in-season retail performance with prompt action plans
+ Work with territory account partner to integrate implementation seasonal retail plan and deliver 100% achievement result on aligned door plan
+ Collect and feedback territory partner’s retail KPI, marketplace intelligence and consumer insights, especially during retail moments
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or above
+ 3+ years of work experience in Consumer Goods / Retail / Consulting industry; sports background is preferred
+ Strong communication skills and teamwork skills
+ Strong analysis and calculation skills, proficient in using office software
+ Fluent in written and spoken English
