Job Purpose:
Responsible for territory retail operation management, execution & elevation of partner retail excellence
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and deliver territory retail business strategy & program to guide future retail business and long-term partnership with wholesalersSet seasonal branch lever door plan with X-functional alignment before season kick-off and keep tracking in-season retail performance with prompt action plansWork with territory account partner to integrate implementation seasonal retail plan and deliver 100% achievement result on aligned door planCollect and feedback territory partner’s retail KPI, marketplace intelligence and consumer insights, especially during retail momentsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above3+ years of work experience in Consumer Goods / Retail / Consulting industry; sports background is preferredStrong communication skills and teamwork skillsStrong analysis and calculation skills, proficient in using office softwareFluent in written and spoken English
