We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead / Associate Architect with 8–12 years of experience to design, develop, and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise in Java or Node.js, a strong grasp of cloud-native architecture (AWS or Azure), and deep knowledge of DevOps practices. Roles and Responsibilities Technical Leadership & DevelopmentLead and mentor development teams in delivering scalable, efficient, and high-quality solutions.
Drive hands-on development using Java or Node.js with modern frameworks and tools.
Guide the team on design patterns, modular code practices, and performance optimization.
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
System Design & ArchitectureOwn and contribute to the low-level design and architecture of business-critical applications.
Ensure design decisions reflect scalability, maintainability, fault-tolerance, and security.
Translate business requirements into architectural and implementation plans.
Cloud-Native & DevOps PracticesDesign and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure using containers, microservices, and serverless frameworks.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure.
Apply security best practices in software development and cloud deployment.
Agile Development & DeliveryWork in Agile teams following Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Promote test-driven development (TDD), CI/CD automation, and incremental releases.
Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, retrospectives, and demos.

Must-Have Skills8–12 years of software development experience, with a strong foundation in Java or Node.js.

Strong understanding of CI/CD tools, infrastructure automation, and DevOps practices.
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases and data modeling.
