Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Frontend Developer to join our fast-paced engineering team. This role is instrumental in building and maintaining modern, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. While primarily frontend-focused, the ideal candidate should also have a solid understanding of backend technologies—particularly Node.js—to support effective full-stack collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using JavaScript and Vue.js.

Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive, high-quality code.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions.

Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility through responsive and adaptive design.

Optimize web applications for speed, performance, and scalability.

Integrate frontend components with backend services using RESTful APIs.

Write and maintain unit and integration tests using frameworks like Cypress to ensure code quality and reliability.

Conduct code reviews and promote best practices in frontend development.

Contribute to architectural decisions and frontend technical strategy.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain high availability and performance.

Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and frameworks, applying improvements to our stack and development processes as appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of professional experience in frontend web development.

Deep expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+).

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Vue.js.

Solid understanding of backend concepts and architecture.

Practical experience using Node.js to develop or integrate with RESTful APIs.

Familiarity with database systems (e.g., SQL and NoSQL).

Proven experience with end-to-end testing frameworks, especially Cypress.

Strong experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.

Proficient with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).

Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
