The Specialist 1, Product Marketing – NBS supports the execution of marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and advocacy across product segments. This entry-level role contributes to event planning, campaign coordination, and community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player eager to learn and grow within a dynamic marketing environment. **Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and events to promote brand visibility and customer engagement.** **Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Success to support marketing initiatives.** **Coordinate logistics for marketing events and community activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.** **Support the creation of marketing materials, campaign briefs, and content in alignment with brand standards.** **Help gather and analyze performance data from campaigns and events to inform future strategies.** **Maintain marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot), ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.** **Stay informed on marketing trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and insights.** **Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions and project planning.** **Pay Range for this role is - $50,000 - $55,000 **EDUCATION:** **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).** **EXPERIENCE:** **0–2 years of experience in marketing, internships or relevant coursework preferred.** + 0-2 years of experience with educational software or other education environments preferred. **Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.** **COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:** **Strong written and verbal communication skills.** **Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.** **Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.** **Eagerness to learn and take initiative.** **Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.** Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, HSA and FSA, generous earned time off, 401K/student loan repayment, life insurance & AD&D insurance, employee assistance program, employee stock purchase program, tuition reimbursement, performance-based incentive pay, short- and long-term disability, and a robust wellness program.
