Job Description

The eCommerce Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing customer journeys across our eCommerce platforms and third-party digital partners. This position provides a unique opportunity to influence enterprise initiatives, streamline operational initiatives, and accelerate our digital presence. You will be responsible for reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), offering insights to drive optimal performance, and supporting strategic projects, platform launches, and operational improvements.

Duties & Responsibilities

Optimize customer journeys across eCommerce platforms, including DoorDash, Uber Eats, Pilot OLO, and the Pilot mobile ordering systemAssist in third-party digital platform (3PD) launchesProvide weekly reporting on 3PD performance, analyzing KPIs and insights to drive business growthSupport training initiatives, execution processes, and site managementPerform data analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing performance and scalability via guest feedbackDevelop consumer insights programs to refine strategiesOversee menu management and pricing implementationContribute to the growth strategy for Pilot Mobile OrderingQualificationsStrong working knowledge of 3PD systems and their applicationsProficiency in data analysis, reporting, and insights generationExceptional communication and problem-solving skillsPassionate about eCommerce, digital commercialization, and driving sales growthHighly organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environmentPrevious experience in food service or retail (quick service, fast casual, or casual dining preferred)Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and cross-functional departmentsBachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of data analytics experience preferredComfortable with public speaking and compiling presentationsExperience managing under deadlines that required the organizing of multiple tasks, collaboration, and objectivesProficiency with Word and Excel is required; proficiency with MS Project and PowerPoint is preferredGood decision-making skills, sound judgment, and problem-solving approachAbility to take initiative and work with confidenceAdditional Information
