In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
To support the HRIS Operations Manager by interacting with business unit HR contacts to understand their requirements and needs. To process HR related data transactions within the HCM system based on information received from business unit HR as it relates to the employee life cycle. To ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data in support of US payroll, which includes multiple states, multiple pay frequencies, and multiple legal entities. To provide support to users and resolve questions in all areas of HCM, specifically Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor, and employee self-service. To respond timely and accurately to questions that arrive through the service box, email, and phone. To identify and report issues and system errors that impact productivity and/or the employee experience.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Payroll, Business, or related courses. Related experience in a shared services industry (Payroll or HR processing). Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in English written and oral communication skills.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
