Role Summary

This role is designed to undertake project management and governance of Talent & Learning initiatives. It requires an excellent program coordinator who’s organized and detail-oriented, good in data management, comfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders across levels. Experience managing projects with competing priorities is strongly preferred. Our team works in a fast- paced, global environment and someone who thrives working on fast paced projects and is comfortable adapting to a wide range of customers and business priorities would be a good fit for the role.

Your day to day role will include:

Project Management and governance for Talent & Learning programsScheduling and planning, monitoring and status reporting against planned deliverables, milestones, resource and program tracking, development and management of risk, issue and action logs, track planning and executionEnsure smooth project execution by monitoring and auditing key tasks across Talent & Learning initiatives and projectsBuild and maintain successful partnerships with Talent & Learning team, HR stakeholders and key business sponsorsTalent & Learning process governance, maintain SOPs, process documentsTake initiative to develop or improve project management processes and tools. Ensure project tools, best practices and lessons learned are documented.Maintain and track Talent & Learning BudgetLiaison with Talent & Learning SMEs and Finance team to ensure accurate monitoringAct as Learning partner for specified business unitsLead and manage special projects in Talent & Organization Development as needed

Skills:

Bachelor’s degree5+ years of experience with at least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development / Organization DevelopmentAt least 2 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in HRSolid verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects at the same time and meet tight deadlinesExcellent service orientation, interpersonal team skills, flexibility, initiative and team-workHigh work ethic and targets-orientedAbility to prioritize effectively and facilitate actions across teams, commitment to follow -throughStrong Analytical skills, proficient in ExcelExperience in writing process flows, SOP, documentations
