**Role Summary**
This role is designed to undertake project management and governance of Talent & Learning initiatives. It requires an excellent program coordinator who’s organized and detail-oriented, good in data management, comfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders across levels. Experience managing projects with competing priorities is strongly preferred. Our team works in a fast- paced, global environment and someone who thrives working on fast paced projects and is comfortable adapting to a wide range of customers and business priorities would be a good fit for the role.
**Your day to day role will include:**
+ Project Management and governance for Talent & Learning programs
+ Scheduling and planning, monitoring and status reporting against planned deliverables, milestones, resource and program tracking, development and management of risk, issue and action logs, track planning and execution
+ Ensure smooth project execution by monitoring and auditing key tasks across Talent & Learning initiatives and projects
+ Build and maintain successful partnerships with Talent & Learning team, HR stakeholders and key business sponsors
+ Talent & Learning process governance, maintain SOPs, process documents
+ Take initiative to develop or improve project management processes and tools. Ensure project tools, best practices and lessons learned are documented.
+ Maintain and track Talent & Learning Budget
+ Liaison with Talent & Learning SMEs and Finance team to ensure accurate monitoring
+ Act as Learning partner for specified business units
+ Lead and manage special projects in Talent & Organization Development as needed
**Skills:**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development / Organization Development
+ At least 2 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in HR
+ Solid verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
+ Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and meet tight deadlines
+ Excellent service orientation, interpersonal team skills, flexibility, initiative and team-work
+ High work ethic and targets-oriented
+ Ability to prioritize effectively and facilitate actions across teams, commitment to follow -through
+ Strong Analytical skills, proficient in Excel
+ Experience in writing process flows, SOP, documentations
