**Purpose of the job**
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical **Data Analyst** to support the Global Real Estate & Workplace (GREW) team in managing and improving real estate data quality, governance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will take ownership of processing data updates, performing audits, managing data campaigns, and driving governance standards in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., JLL consultants). This role is key to ensuring data integrity across real estate tools and systems that support strategic workplace decisions.

**Key Responsibilities :**
**Data Management & Validation**
+ Process and validate site and space updates received from GREW teams before populating data into the central real estate database.Maintain alignment and consistency between building, campus, and site records across systems.Conduct regular audits and perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.Validate geospatial information, including latitude and longitude, and ensure address formatting aligns with Google Maps standards.Review and reconcile updates submitted to third-party consultants (e.g., JLL) for consistency and completeness.
**Data Governance & Quality Assurance**
+ Collaborate with JLL consultants and GREW Planning & Execution (P&E) teams to define and refine data rules and governance frameworks.Investigate and resolve data quality issues and exceptions highlighted in JLL’s quality reports.Enforce adherence to data entry standards and documentation requirements across all GREW data contributors.Support the setup and optimization of metadata, taxonomies, and naming conventions within real estate systems.
**Data Collection & Campaign Management**
+ Design and execute data collection campaigns across global GREW teams to capture missing or outdated information.Follow up with regional and local stakeholders to validate entries and fill data gaps.
**Reporting & Insights**
+ Generate periodic data extracts for key metrics such as workstation utilization, building occupancy, and portfolio updates.Support dashboard development and visualization efforts in collaboration with BI and reporting teams.Deliver reports and actionable insights to help workplace leads, real estate strategists, and consultants make informed decisions.
**Stakeholder Collaboration**
+ Serve as the data liaison between GREW, JLL consultants, PropTech leads, and workplace teams.Participate in regular syncs with stakeholders to align on upcoming updates, tool enhancements, and system integrations.Provide documentation and updates to business users, ensuring data transparency and accessibility.
**You Bring**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Real Estate, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in a data-focused role, ideally within real estate, workplace strategy, or facilities management.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and experience with databases or data entry tools.
+ Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.Understanding of geolocation data and tools such as Google Maps API.
+ High attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies and anomalies in large datasets.
+ Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
+ Experience working with third-party consultants (e.g., JLL) is an advantage.
