As a Call Center Customer Service Specialist within the Fraud, Collections, Retail, and Card Services team at Chase, you will deliver exceptional service to our customers by efficiently addressing their inquiries and enhancing your skills in customer interaction and problem-solving. You will play a crucial role in handling customer transactions, including fraud investigations, collections, payments, loans, and more, providing you with a diverse and dynamic work experience. Your contributions will be vital to our team and the wider community, as you help us maintain trust and satisfaction among our customers.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Works in a call center environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interactionDemonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, while staying engaged with our customersCommunicate with customers in a metrics-driven environmentNavigate multiple technologies while demonstrating resiliency and extreme adaptability in a fast-paced environmentTake ownership of each customer interaction while treating them with respect and responding with empathyWork both independently and in a team environmentAbide by all applicable regulatory and departmental practices and procedures

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Computer experience required, utilizing multiple computer applications in a Windows-based environmentCompleted at least 2 years in college or, Completed the K-12 Curriculum or,High school graduate with 1 year customer-interfacing work experience or,Completed a 2-year vocational/certificate course with 1 year customer-interfacing work experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Ability to multitask using a computer and simultaneously provide customer supportComfortable in a fast-paced, consistently changing environmentPrevious experience working in a Hospitality, Restaurant or Retail industryHave a passion for helping people by solving problems, presenting, and explaining solutions

Work Schedule:

Candidates must be willing and able to work schedules during our operating hours, which may include evenings and weekends, or night shifts/US-friendly shifts. Specific schedule information will be provided by the Recruiter.


 

This position requires that you attend trainings as scheduled. Training hours may not coincide with your regularly scheduled hours.
