As a Specialist Digital Pricing you will be responsible for leveraging digital tools, analytics, and market insights to optimize our pricing strategies across the Latin America (LATAM) region.
What you will do:
Digital Pricing Strategy Development – [Support the development and execution of digital pricing strategies tailored to LATAM customers, aligning with global frameworks and local market dynamics.]Analytics & Insights – [Analyze transactional data, competitive intelligence, and market trends to identify pricing opportunities, optimize price points, and improve profitability]Digital Tools & Automation – [Utilize pricing software (e.g., PROS, Get Contract, SAP, Salesforce CPQ) and internal tools to automate and standardize pricing workflows, ensuring accuracy and agility.]Price Optimization – [Drive digital initiatives related to dynamic pricing, discount governance, and value-based pricing to support sales growth and margin enhancement]Cross-functional Collaboration – [Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business goals and customer value propositions]Performance Monitoring – [Track pricing KPIs and develop dashboards and reports to evaluate pricing performance, trends, and outcomes across the LATAM region]Training & Support – [Support the sales team with pricing guidance, training on pricing tools, and best practices to empower data-driven commercial decisions.]
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus.3+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics, preferably in a B2B enterprise or industrial setting.Strong understanding of LATAM market dynamics, economic environments, and customer behaviors.Proficiency in pricing software and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL).Solid analytical skills and experience working with large data sets to derive actionable insights.Familiarity with digital pricing models, CPQ systems, and ERP/CRM integration.English fluency, both written and spokenWho you are:
