Your Key Responsibilities

Tasks:

Sales Support

Handle sales enquiry on material status (e.g. MOQ, delivery lead time, replacement) and delivery schedule for open orders Handle order change requests

 

Procurement and Scheduling

Demand validation including backlog orders cover by stock and exceptional high demands Create Purchase orders and ensure the best confirmation dates Execute PO alignment according to global disposition rule Monitor on time delivery from suppliers Co-ordinate logistics quality complaint with suppliers, arrange return shipments and follow-up settlement Exception handling, bottleneck control and escalation management Regular check and act on alerting reports

 

Inventory Management and Optimization

Performance Monitoring

Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for performance monitoring

 

Process Improvement / Project Management

Act as key user for respective key processes

Support for Intercompany GAM sales

STS/SHK support for sales order Your Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or above with minimum 3 years related experience in supply chain and MRP Knowledge in logistics, import/export and international freight is an advantage Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and positive attitude Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Good problem solving and organization skills Can work under pressure Independent with strong business sense Ability in data analysis Computer literate and proficiency in ERP system Good written and oral English and mandarin
