Location: Maungthongthani Soi C12/1, Nonthaburi 
 

Key Accountabilities: 

Maintain a strong customer focus by responding to customer inquiries promptly and accurately, adhering to established guidelines. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries, conducting thorough investigations and escalating complex issues as necessary. Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently, accurately, and within specified timelines. Proactively manage backorders to minimize impact on customer delivery timelines. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time Delivery, backlog aging and CN. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery. Follow up with suppliers or supply planner to track order status and expedite deliveries as needed. Take ownership of customer complaints, claims, and queries, resolving them promptly and effectively. Process documentation for LC negotiation as required, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance standards. Generate accurate and timely invoices for completed orders. Support after-hours shipments as needed to meet month-end deadlines. Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets by providing timely and accurate information. Collaborate with engineers to address customer technical inquiries and feedback. Contribute to process improvement and efficiency. Support customer accounts across SEA such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam 

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields. 5 years of order management and/or fulfillment experience. Experience in Oracle R12 and Business Intelligent is an added advantage. Experience in AI automation is an added advantage. Possess analytical and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal skills. Good follow up skills. High customer orientation Good team player. Proficient in Microsoft office software (Excel, PPT, Outlook and Word). Conversant in Thai and English
