Job Summary:
Responsible for providing critical support to Sales Teams and Customers' experience with Tyson.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inputs and maintains pricing, promotion and item specifications in Customer systems leading to seamless ordering and effective relationships. Internally, this position maintains cross-functional connectivity and is the Trade systems super-user (ex. Apex, Forge).
Forecasts and trade plans to drive invoice accuracy and expedited cash collection.
Communicates with Customer contacts when a discrepancy or payment deduction occurs.
Evaluates open liabilities and internal and external financial audits by ensuring plans are in compliance with policies.
Supports ad hoc requests from Customer Sales Analysts (CSA), Team Performance Managers (TPM), Customer Development Managers (CDM) including Team scorecards, pricing evaluation, calendar maintenance and identification and mitigation of administrative and system issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Requires education beyond high school including special training, vocational school and or college courses. Bachelor s Degree is preferred.
Experience: 1+ plus years work experience.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills Microsoft Applications, Excel Power Point, Microsoft Outlook.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Supervisory: NA
Travel: 1-2 trips per year
