Your Role:

The primary objective is to execute the function of credit collection and faster past due issue resolution for MMG and North customers. Statutory Form end to end Management, order release Management, backend support for AR Field function.Sending soft/hard copy of LWS/BIOMS/Validation invoices to customersPhone & e-mail follow up with customers for the invoice receipt confirmationFollow up with customer for paymentCirculating weekly dashboard to service engineers on the overall status                               Sharing Outstanding ageing report with Sales Team & Business HeadHandling adhoc email requests for order releaseCirculate credit release status of open orders with all the take holders daily as per the required frequencyApproving customer master creation for new customer codes with risk categoryCL updation in the customer master for credit reviewCo-ordinating with sales/CS team for closing the complaintsSending adjustment to finance for on account paymentsSending
