We are currently looking for an experienced Specialist Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d), full-time (38.5 h), with analytical skills to expand our Total Rewards team in Graz (Austria). In this role you will participate in the further development of Magna’s Total Rewards programs and systems.
Your Responsibilities
Participate in compensation and benefits surveys and conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarks based on market dataSupport the implementation of our compensation processes into our global Human Resource Information System (Workday)Advise, support and train European HR Business Partners and stakeholders in compensation & benefits related topics (incl. pay transparency)Administration of our Employee Equity and Profit Participation Program including employee communications, vendor relations and data quality checksSupport activities to develop, implement and administer new Compensation and Benefits programs and systems (e.g. Payfactors)Support our business development by providing market data for green field projects and mergers and acquisitionsCollect economic data, wage guideline information and remuneration data for budgeting and salary review purposes
