**The Team**
As part of the Tommy Hilfiger EMEA Marketing team, you will work alongside the Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy to help build and evolve our integrated EMEA Marketing strategy.
**The Position**
This role bridges the gap between brand ambition and commercial reality—ensuring our marketing plans and investments drive measurable growth, brand desirability, and meaningful consumer engagement.
You will collaborate closely with commercial functions (Full Price, Outlet, E-commerce, Wholesale) and marketing channels (Media, CRM, PR, Influencer Marketing) to align on priorities outlined in the EMEA three-year plan. You’ll support the development of product focus priorities, budget strategies, performance measurement frameworks, and actionable insights that inform decision-making at the regional level.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategy & Planning**
+ Support the development of the EMEA Marketing commercial strategy in line with growth targets and consumer priorities
+ Gather and consolidate cross-functional input to help shape seasonal product and campaign focuse **s**
+ Assist in budget strategy preparation, ensuring alignment with business needs and marketing objectives
**Measurement & Insights**
+ Support the creation of KPI dashboards and performance reports (traffic, conversion, brand health, ROI)
+ Own specific reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights for senior stakeholders
+ Assist with A/B testing, attribution analysis, and evaluation of high-value traffic sources
**Budget Management**
+ Maintain and update budget trackers, ensuring accuracy against approved investment plans
+ Support the financial submission process and assist with budget review cycle **s**
**Project Contribution & Coordination**
+ Contribute to campaign planning in partnership with GTM and content teams, ensuring marketing priorities are reflected in execution
+ Assist in preparing briefing documents, timelines, and stakeholder updates
+ Help coordinate cross-functional alignment to support smooth delivery of agreed actions and processes

+ Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational, administrative, and financial responsibilities
+ Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
+ Ambitious and open to learning, with the drive to grow within PVH and the willingness to be mentored
+ Business proficiency in written and verbal English communication
+ Experience working with measurement tools and dashboards such as Tableau
+ Familiarity with budget tracking tools and processes
+ Proficiency in Excel
+ Strong grasp of numbers
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
