**What you’ll do:** + Responsible for the successful execution of product developmment (NPI), Defining requirements, Developing smart features, qualification plan with external labs and launch + Responsible for conceptualizing smart and connected features based on market research, technological advancements in state-of-art, competitor study. Designing architecture, sensors & sensing and communication. + Plan and execute electromechnical product feature development, data structure & algorithms implementation and getting work done across several technological functional teams + Execute data acquisition plan, sensor design, mechanism & kinematics design, AI/ML inplementation about data insights and creating user value for end customer of breakers + Capturing business needs & validating solution-based deliverables to stakeholders in programs, with perseverance and patience + Managing global programs with varying levels of complexity through Eaton Global EBS Process, proactively identifying and mitigating potential crises/ risks; developing requirements, managing change control, designing tests and tracking schedules while ensuring project activities aligned with business objectives & best practices + Analyzing all product performance and ensure achievement of all objectives within required deadlines and monitoring all system functionality + Identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to improve efficiency **Qualifications:** + B.E. / B Tech / M Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) + 15 Years + Electrical circuit protection, Product development, smart & connected feature development, data science / algorithms, codes & standars with in-depth understaning, Test plan development, Reliability Growth + Project Planning, Scoping, Stage GATE product development process, Risk Management, Cross-functional working **Skills:** + Electrical circuit protection, Product development, smart & connected feature development, data science / algorithms, codes & standars with in-depth understaning, Test plan development, Reliability Growth + Project Planning, Scoping, Stage GATE product development process, Risk Management, Cross-functional working
