Your role:
· Responsible for business KPIs setting and performance analysis.
· Responsible for financial reporting, cost center controlling, assets and free cash flow analysis
· Responsible for MTA, MBR and FC processes (timeline/country calls/financial presentations/data quality).
· Develops bottom line monthly executive commentary during the closing process.
· Performs critical analysis and review on P&L, Balance Sheet, Net Capital Employed and Headcount actual
· performance and forecast changes.
· Ensures transparency, analysis and effective communication to internal stakeholders on allocated costs, SG&A,
· COGS, FCF, Headcount and advise opportunities for productivity improvement.
· Promotes and influences best practices exchanges, standardized processes, and reporting.
· Provides transparency and guidance supporting trade-off decisions.
· Drives key initiatives into the business.
· Evaluates and drives implementation of digitalization and automation opportunities to streamline and simplify
· existing workflows.
· Direct support to DI Heads on executive presentations
