Role DescriptionThe Project Communication Lead role will support the migration project from Windows 10 to Windows 11 to keep globally in the bank, the OS on a supported version.In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight and execution of all communication related to the mentioned project. Key Responsibilities Owns and executes communication activities required in the project Manage communication at multiple levels, from end user to divisional business owners Own and manage the communication plan and its related aspects (e.g. issue tracker, milestone, prioritization, escalation etc) Act as a main point of contact for all Windows 11 communication activitiesSkills & Qualifications Strong communication skills Experience running similar technical projects in a global, enterprise-scale environment Excellent relationship management skills Ability to confidently provide issue/escalation management End User experience of Windows OS, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Ms Teams. Any experience with Jira, Clarity, SharePoint, Confluence is a plus.
