Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Coaches the Lean Six Sigma to use the appropriated tools and techniques with DMAIC/DMADV methodologyOrganizes and facilitates workshop to identify the opportunity and projects, coach the team in the projects to meet the goalOrganizes and facilitates Small Group Activity, Team Excellence and other project competitionPromotes continuous improvement culture in the organizationThe subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigma training development and consultant to other department on tool applicationMonitors, coaches and certifies the Lean Six Sigma candidates to meet with the department goalsWorks with other departments on continuous improvement projects by providing technical support and facilitatingReports out statistics on the Lean Six Sigma related KPIs to drive for continuous improvement cultureFacilitate CI Workshops on the shop floor and developing the framework of the workshopsCreate CI program frameworks which covers 3 CI Pillars: CI Culture, CI Competency Building, CI Execution

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Minimum degree holder in any fieldMinimum 8 years in Lean Six Sigma coaching and/or project leaderCertified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification or experiences with proven success story

 PREFERRED:

Strong background in electronics/semiconductor operation.Added advantages if experienced in facilitating the VSM or any kind of Lean Six Sigma workshop.Added advantages if experienced in conducting any Lean Six Sigma related training titles (TTT certified by HRDF if possible)Potential candidate with Six Sigma methodology experiences is highly desired/preferredAble to work independently under minimal supervision
