Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Specialist 2, Customer Operations to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence within our customer operations department.

Manage complex customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutionsAnalyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend process improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyaltyDevelop and implement strategies to optimize customer operations workflowsMentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvementCreate and maintain documentation for customer service processes and best practicesParticipate in special projects aimed at improving overall customer experienceMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer operations

Qualifications2-5 years of experience in customer operations or a related fieldExceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on empathy and problem-solvingExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProficiency in CRM software and other customer service toolsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend actionable insightsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)In-depth knowledge of customer service best practices and customer lifecycle managementExperience working in a multicultural environmentAbility to adapt to changing customer needs and industry trendsStrong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
