About the Role
负责资金系统的日常生产系统及权限问题支持，协助完成资金系统功能优化。Roles and Responsibilities:
1. 负责资金系统的日常生产系统及权限问题支持。
2. 负责分析调研业务需求，协调BA/开发完成系统方案评估确认。
3. 负责协调用户进行UAT测试，出具测试报告，整理上线文档。
4. 负责跟踪监控系统功能，协助用户完成业务流程梳理和优化。
5. 完成上级领导交办的其他任务。
Job Requirements:
1. 本科及以上学历，经济管理类、信息技术类，计算机科学类专业优先。
2. 具备3年以上资金或收付费系统管理相关工作经验，有项目经验者优先。
3. 具备一定的数据分析能力，严谨细致，风险意识强，熟悉保险行业资金结算流程者优先。
4. 具有责任心，细心踏实，有较强的逻辑推理和沟通表达能力 。
5. 具有较强的学习能力，应变能力，对新技术和新业务有较强的求知欲和创新精神。
6. 熟练使用办公软件，有使用Power Automate工具实现办公流程自动化经验者优先。
