Our client in Memphis is seeking a Travel Agent to join their team. As an Travel Agent, you will support commission-related inquiries for travel agencies and partners. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Travel Clerk

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay Range: from $20 - 22/hr - Weekly Pay!
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday
*Hybrid Role ( On-site Tuesday and Wednesday)*
 

What’s the Job?

Research and resolve travel agent comission inquiries Process Manual Adjustment Forms Handle Customer Service calls and e-mails related to comissions Support Key business partners with analysis and reconciliation Prepare monthly reports and assist with account managment

 

What’s Needed?

High School Diploma/ GED 1 year of customer service experience, account receivable or payable 1 year experience preferred in processing travel agent comissions or vendor-related records Strong communication and organization skills Intermediate microsoft excel experience is preferred
