What will you be doing? 

Storefront Design & Layout: Develops site-specific storefront layouts incorporating visual merchandising elements, finishes, and branding opportunities such as side elevations and window vinyl Signage Coordination: Manages all aspects of storefront signage for new stores and remodels, including vendor coordination, landlord approvals, permitting, and installation oversight Signage Maintenance: Oversees extra signage requests for existing stores, including pylon replacements and damaged sign artwork, ensuring timely execution and documentation Fixture Drawing Development: Creates and updates fixture drawings for unique store elements and maintains an accurate fixture database for use in construction documents Fixture Plan Creation: Designs fixture plans for new stores, remodels, and rollouts, incorporating site surveys and stakeholder input, and coordinates execution with construction teams Project Documentation & Communication: Maintains detailed records of project milestones, approvals, and schedules, and communicates updates to internal teams, vendors, and landlords Design Review & Presentation: Presents fixture plans in weekly review meetings, incorporates feedback, and finalizes plans for distribution to internal and external partners Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with visual merchandising, construction, and allocation teams to ensure alignment on design intent, capacity changes, and execution Permit & Construction Document Review: Reviews construction documents for permit submittals and ensures all design elements are accurately represented Support & Backup: Provides backup support to the Store Planning Manager, assisting with fixture plans, landlord coordination, and construction drawing reviews as needed

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture 2-5 years’ experience in interior, architectural, or store design, specifically Strong problem solving and communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Flexibility and ability to multi-task, while adhering to deadlines Proficient in AutoCAD; SketchUp is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
