Your Key Responsibilities Processing of escalation measures relating to Supplier management if necessary. Perform Supplier Management task. (e.g " supplier blocking/unblocking, supplier onboarding(review Coupa Supplier Information Management Form 1,2,3), uploading documents, supplier data Creation and maintenance") Perform services within the scope of Outsource Services process. (e.g "Supplier Assessment Questionaire, Supplier Evaluation, Cost Value Analysis") & any possible new services Processing of commodity/category specific requirements (e.g document handling and DMS) maintenance process To ensure KPI, target achivement within the acknowledged SLAs between country locations. To ensure successful handling and resolve queries via Service Now ticketing platform To maintain Catalog/Punch-out system To handle any ad-hoc task from superior Your Qualifications 1-2 years of Procurement related experience  Knowledge in SAP MM, Coupa system Proficient in speaking and writing in English
