As a member of the Social Team, you will have the opportunity to provide uniquely tailored support to our Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants that reach out to DoorDash across multiple social media platforms. Teammates own the support experience end to end, leveraging the appropriate tools, escalation channels, and workflows to provide highly individualized solutions.
Teammates are responsible for responding to customer outreach both publicly and via direct messages, providing exceptional support to all consumers including VIP, Verified, and celebrity/public figures. Strong communication and attention to detail is a must as we navigate highly sensitive issues in the public eye. We operate with an “and, not either/or” mentality, escalating feedback and solutions to cross-functional partners to find solutions for some of our most complicated DoorDash issues.
