Reporting to the Team Lead, Social Strategy & Content for Can-Am Off-Road, you will help lead 360 social content projects from planning to execution across our online channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). You will play a key role in supporting our global social strategy, coordinating briefs to production partners.
You will actively contribute to reporting and amplification efforts, leveraging analytics and insights to optimize performance and maximize the reach and impact of our content. In addition, you will support community engagement initiatives, ensuring our audience feels connected and heard across platforms.
You bring strong social content and creative vision, excel at storytelling and briefing creative direction, and have a passion for content and modern distributive editing styles, with a global mindset for social media trends and best practices. Working closely with the Social Coordinator, engagement agency, and other cross-functional teams, you will be a vital contributor to delivering world-class social content experiences and bringing ideas to life from concept to completion.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
● Lead 360 social content projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
● Support the global social strategy, collaborating with the Team Lead and other stakeholders to evolve and implement content plans across platforms.
● Coordinate reporting and amplification efforts, leveraging analytics to measure, optimize, and grow content performance.
● Own monthly reporting, consolidating and presenting performance results, learnings, and recommendations to key internal stakeholders.
● Brief production partners and, where needed, contribute directly to the creation and adaptation of social content assets.
● Support community engagement by collaborating with community management agencies to monitor, moderate, and foster meaningful interactions with our audience.
● Be the global team liaison to the regional teams, partnering with them to share insights, support their capabilities, and help align their content with global standards, ensuring consistency and best practices across all markets.
● Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to continuously inform and improve our approach.
● Work closely with the Social Coordinator and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, engaging, and brand-right social content experiences.
YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
● 3 to 5 years of experience coordinating social media channels for brands, with superior creative vision and a solid understanding of social-first content strategies.
● Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to help shape and inform integrated marketing campaigns and communications.
● Strong experience briefing and managing third-party production partners to deliver high-quality social content.
● Skilled in storytelling, with a responsive, autonomous, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
● Experienced in leveraging social data, insights, and analytics to inform recommendations and optimize performance.
● Deep knowledge of social media tools and platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Stackla, Power BI, and similar.
● Proficiency in both French and English. (essential for collaborating with international colleagues)
● Passion for powersports is a plus; the selected candidate should be prepared to develop advanced product expertise within the first few weeks.
