Danfoss is looking for an experienced manufacturing Smart Systems Specialist- QEHS to join our team. You will be expected to excel in a fast pace, growing company and thrive in a culture of continuous improvement. You will need to have outstanding interpersonal communication skills to deal with customers, co-workers and suppliers.
Purpose of the role is to optimize existing systems and processes for efficiency, leveraging Python, SQL, and power tools to improve data flow for reporting. Drives continuous improvement initiatives within the QEHS framework, aligned with lean principles.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Lead in-depth analysis across Customer Quality, Supplier Quality, Safety, Environment and operational datasets to provide key business insights. Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards (Power BI) for real-time monitoring of KPIs Work closely with SQ, Quality, Safety and Senior Management to understand data requirements and deliver tailored insights and solutions. Ensure data integrity, standardization, and cleanliness across systems (CRM, ERP, PLM,SynergyLife). Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and application development. Develop and manage solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SQL, Python, AI and Power Platform. Constructing a narrative of the business problem, root cause, solution options, and opportunities through data visualization, including reports and dashboards. Stay updated with the latest analytical/Digital tools, techniques, and trends, and recommend new ways to improve QEHS Processes. Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. Background & Skills
