You will need to have outstanding interpersonal communication skills to deal with customers, co-workers and suppliers._ _Purpose of the role is t_ _o optimize existing systems and processes for efficiency, leveraging Python, SQL, and power tools to improve data flow for reporting. Drives continuous improvement initiatives within the QEHS framework, aligned with lean principles._ **Job Responsibilities** _Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following._ + _Lead in-depth analysis across Customer Quality, Supplier Quality, Safety, Environment and operational datasets to provide key business insights._ + _Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards (Power BI) for real-time monitoring of KPIs_ + _Work closely with SQ, Quality, Safety and Senior Management to understand data requirements and deliver tailored insights and solutions._ + _Ensure data integrity, standardization, and cleanliness across systems (CRM, ERP, PLM,SynergyLife)._ + _Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and application development. Develop and manage solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
