Specialist, Series Awards (Submissions)

The Awards team is looking for a dynamic professional to join Series Awards. The ideal candidate will be well versed in awards submission across television genres including but not limited to dramas, comedies, unscripted and children’s programs, across multiple awards races.
 

The Role

The specialist provides support to the strategy team including managing logistics for all series submissions. They liaise with publicity, marketing and content teams on asset requests and execution, track all submissions activity, work directly with agencies to ensure logistical x-functional support and implementation of submission strategy. They are extremely detail oriented and have the ability to manage a high volume of production assets. 

They have a strong knowledge of the awards landscape, an intimate knowledge of rules and regulations across multiple awards races, strong coordination ability of print and AV assets and more. They are able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 


Qualifications

Strong execution and tactical functionality 

Strong knowledge of Guilds and Academies including but not limited to ATAS, SAG, PGA, WGA, DGA and more

Ability to stay highly-aligned with multiple cross-functional teams 

Strong asset management skills 

Ability to prioritize a heavy workload

Personality Attributes

High energy, motivated, and a capacity to work in a very fast-paced environment

Self starter with exceptional follow through, organization, and attention to detail

Excellent problem-solving skills and can multitask and prioritize a high-volume workload 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $60,000-$234,000.
