Key job responsibilities - Manage end-to-end sales compensation program administration, including quota distribution and compensation payout processes - Develop comprehensive documentation and establish clear, robust procedural frameworks - Collaborate across Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Payroll to ensure seamless compensation execution - Investigate and resolve quota and compensation payout inquiries with precision and professionalism - Continuously optimize quota and payout processes through strategic improvements and innovative automation solutions A day in the life Your day will be a blend of strategic problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and meticulous program management. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field - 5+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, or related field - Demonstrated experience managing complex sales incentive compensation programs and processes Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Knowledge of sales compensation best practices and industry trends - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams - Project management experience with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
