Specialist, Renewal Sales (Mandarin Speaker)
Job Title: Specialist, Renewal Sales (Mandarin Speaker) Job Description The shortlisted candidate will support an existing customer base to cultivate and build strong customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and engagement. This role is also responsible for developing a strong understanding of the product or service to effectively address customer questions and concerns, while actively driving adoption and usage rates across accounts. + Conduct **regular health** checks to assess product satisfaction, adoption, and perceived value + Develop strong product knowledge to confidently address objections and explain key functionalities + **Deliver presentations and training sessions** (both online and in-person) to **large audiences** (min. 30 pax), driving adoption and showcasing product features + Connect directly with customer accounts to **run onboarding and training sessions** , identifying **upsell and cross-sell** opportunities + Document and track both qualitative and quantitative feedback through surveys, phone calls, and emails using internal systems + Capture and analyze the “ **Voice of the Customer** ,” including expectations, experiences, satisfaction levels, and potential churn indicators + Proactively address customer concerns or barriers to usage through timely and appropriate communication + **Created comprehensive customer success strategies** for every stage of the client journey—from the transition post-sales to driving advocacy and ensuring successful renewals + Collaborate with internal teams and management to continually enhance the customer experience **Requirement:** + Language – Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) + Sales Experience – Proven track record in sales, preferably B2B Enterprise + Customer Success – Experience managing customer relationships, driving adoption, and ensuring retention + Training Ability – Capable of conducting onboarding, training sessions, or workshops for customers (both online and in-person) + Presentation Skills – Confident in presenting to small and large groups, able to clearly explain product features + CRM Proficiency – Comfortable using CRM tools to track communication, engagement, and follow-ups + Experience in high-volume calling + Experience learning new technology and data + Problem solving skills + Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs Location: MYS Kuala Lumpur - Lvl 15 Wisma Mont Kiara, 1 Jalan Kiara Language Requirements: English (Required) Time Type: Full time **If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents (https://www.concentrix.com/resource/job-applicant-privacy-notice-for-california-residents/)**
