About the Role

Be responsible for compensation and benefit administration and assisting in HR related programs and activities whenever necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily operation of stock, restricted stock plans and stock options, ESPP annual enrollment, stock tax, regulatory filing, annual declaration and related transactions

Sort out the process of stock to form a written operation guide

Responsible for the daily communication and data disclosure with the tax bureau, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange and the bank

Responsible for total rewards and benefit communication.Improved the satisfaction of employees' compensation and benefit through the production of new communication methods

Assist in the daily operation of a branch of the Group, such as legal person change, business license management, related party transactions, fee payment and outsourcing service management, to ensure its normal operation

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above degree, major in HR management is preferrable

At least 3 years’ compensation and benefits work experience, equity operations knowledge and experience are preferrable

Proficient in English writing

Strong communication skills

Self-motivated, creative thinking, attention to detail, work under pressure, team player
