More information about BROMMA can be found on www.bromma.com Purpose of the position Responsible for ensuring the effective administration of the Compliance Program by developing, implementing, and executing an organization-wide compliance monitoring and auditing program that covers contractual, regulatory, CE and other design standards. Developing and managing organization wide policies in conjunction with other business leaders is integral to the position of controlling how we do our work and what we promise to our customers. Main tasks and responsibilities Day to day management of compliance program • Managing day-to-day operation of the compliance program • Develops, initiates, maintains and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance program and its related activities to prevent noncompliance for any EU standards. • Monitors the performance of the compliance program and related activities on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness. • Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and seeks and provides a recommended course of corrective action and assessing internal controls. • Manages compliance incidents perform investigations and generates reports to ensure investigations are appropriately resolved. • Develop, implement, review, and manage company policies in regards to design and product compliance to machine directive and other EU standards. • Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations. • Review and monitor adherence to company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk. • Ensures effective communication between compliance and quality committees. • Provide advice to relevant stakeholders on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations in regards to our products. Training coordinator • Provides or facilitates training for new employees, and ongoing training for all employees and managers and standard and regulatory requirement for our products. • Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and policies. Additional responsibilities outside of standard Job responsibilities • Identify and implement global quality competence gaps and prose actions • Supporting certifications and approvals globally • Conduct regular audit on quality process and documentation in the factory • Support global ISO programs What you’ll need to succeed Education/Experience :- + Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical or related discipline. + Minimum of 5 years' experience within the manufacturing sector preferably in regularity and compliance management. + Prior exposure to container handling equipment will be an added advantage. + Background in machinery safety is preferred Skills & Competencies :- + Able to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally. + Machinery/Product safety and EU Compliance knowledge + Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Experience leading cross functional teams + Customer-focused with the ability to manage client interactions in a professional and responsive manner.
