Specialist, Product Management, Product ManagementJob DescriptionThe role will assist in the building (including design, development, testing, and maintaining) of a reporting solution for our consumption-based cost allocation model. This reporting will tie technology costs and consumption to the products we sell. It will enable our stakeholders (VP’s and above) to better understand their technology investment and identify areas of opportunity to reduce cost or increase throughput. The reporting will look to simplify complex data sets and allow users to seamlessly navigate investment details and better understand the technology solutions needed to run their products.
The Role
•\tBuild and maintain all aspects of reporting within Power BI to support current and future use cases
•\tLeverage data & dashboards to quickly identify Product performance challenges, making recommendations on proposed action plans. Translating data to actionable insights
•\tDevelop, track, and analyze key business performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis
•\tMonitoring of data quality to drive reporting accuracy
•\tPartner with stakeholders to ensure data quality
•\tWorks with leadership to prioritize, define, and execute new system capabilities
•\tBuild, implement, and document standardized processes to facilitate optimal performance
•\tParticipates in key tasks associated with technical accounting analysis
•\tEnsure adherence to regulatory compliance as required

•\tExperience with Microsoft Office suite tools with emphasis on excel

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
