The Specialist, OTA (Online Travel Agency) supports Sales Managers & OTA Team and coordinates with other LOBs to deliver assigned business development tasks and projects to achieve sales goals on related accounts and channel.
Responsibilities:
Assist Sales Managers and OTA Team in achieving / exceeding the agreed business goals from assigned trade accounts and channels
Support Sales Manager in any tactical promotions or advertising campaigns with individual agents
Follow up campaign execution by collaboration with leaders and cross functional teams
Prepare data analysis, sales reports and render support on any ad hoc projects or events
Manage and oversee all administrative tasks for OTA team
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Tourism Management, Marketing, Communications or other related disciplines.
3 years of experience in sales and customer services role, from Travel wholesale, Theme Park, Hotel or OTA would be advantageous.
Familiar with OTA channels operation, Hong Kong and international market travel landscapes
Good team player with experience in working with cross functional departments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
