The billing department is responsible for issuing invoices to all FactSet clients on a timely basis.  The department maintains client contact records and pricing.  The group responds to requests from sales and external clients via email and phone.

Responsibilities:

Creation of invoices on a monthly and quarterly basisProcessing credit notes, billing disputes, billing adjustments, new billing (NRR & ASV) as neededInteracting with clients on billing disputes, changes of legal entities, billing address, VAT, purchase ordersCash application and internal transfersAging/CollectionsPreparing and consolidating monthly billing reportsSupporting account managers and project management team on specific billing information

Required Skills:

Completed Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or related fieldsStrong oral and written communication skillsCustomer service working with internal & external clientsExperience in billing is highly preferredHigh attention to detail for invoice/billing accuracyProactive work styleCompleting tasks in a timely and efficient mannerIntermediate knowledge of Excel to analyze data

Highly Desired Skills:

Experience in working with accounting systems, preferably Sage
