The Specialist, Operations Support is responsible for enhancing the efficiency of our operational processes and providing essential support to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day activities. **WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE**
+ WFM requests (overtime, reconciliation, assisting with shift /vacation bids)
+ Audit helpdesk
+ Posting stats/Key Performance metrics
+ Agent tech/skilling issues follow up
+ Coordination of testing & submission of skill requests
+ Update Emergency Scorecards, master tracker and reports
+ Master EMD roster and CE tracker
+ Monitoring completion & expiration dates to ensure certification compliance requirements are met
+ Coordinating advisors continuing education with training department and WFM
+ Management of uniform orders, IDs, cell phones, special events & TV updates
+ Assist with coordination of team meetings with structured agenda items
+ Creation of communications, desk toppers, etc.

+ The base salary range for this position is $42,000-$45,100 CAD (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
