Job Description

What is the opportunity? 

Receives, investigates, and responds to all customer inquiries and complaints regarding banking products and services; processes basic bank service transactions. With extensive knowledge of the job and policies/practices, performs a wide range of advanced administrative/operational assignments.
 

What will you do?

 Assists clients with client transaction fulfillment.Responds to client inquiries regarding bank products and services via phone or emaill; obtains and analyzes the validity of a customer's requests/complaints.Resolves complaints from clients pertaining to banking services and provides follow-up calls when necessary.Keeps records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, actions taken, etc., as well as banking service transactions performed.Retrieve statements, confirms and tax documents for clients, FA's and the Branch upon request.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $45,000 - $75,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
