The Corporate Actions team is responsible for the set up and processing of Mandatory and Voluntary reorganizations, Partial and Full Calls, Redemptions/Maturities, Bankruptcies, Distributions, Proxy and Class Actions for Custody and Asset Services. What you'll do: The Corporate Actions Specialist is responsible for timely and accurate processing of corporate actions on securities held by our clients. In this role you will be responsible for the beginning to end processing of Corporate Actions for daily processing. This includes gathering the necessary information to process accurately and to reconcile any discrepancies and resolve exceptions. **What you have** To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
