The Corporate Actions team is responsible for the set up and processing of Mandatory and Voluntary reorganizations, Partial and Full Calls, Redemptions/Maturities, Bankruptcies, Distributions, Proxy and Class Actions for Custody and Asset Services. What you'll do:
The Corporate Actions Specialist is responsible for timely and accurate processing of corporate actions on securities held by our clients. In this role you will be responsible for the beginning to end processing of Corporate Actions for daily processing. This includes gathering the necessary information to process accurately and to reconcile any discrepancies and resolve exceptions.

Required Qualifications:
1 or more years' experience in Corporate Actions processingHighly analytical with problem-solving abilities and knowledge of reconciliationExperienced in many aspects of Corporate Actions processing types including reorg and/or distributionsPreferred Qualifications:
Some flexibility with schedule to work business hours aligned with the department needsUnderstanding of corporate actions lifecycle management and reconciliation data flowsAbility to navigate scenarios and communicate with foreign markets and custodians/agents, internally and externally Understanding of the importance of a risk-controlled environment with supervisory procedures, regulatory requirements and audit requirementsOutstanding time management skills and ability to work in a fast paced, high-risk environment.Compassion to work cooperatively with others to produce innovative solutions for process efficiencyInitiative to seek out and build relationships with others who can provide information, intelligence, career support, potential business as well as other forms of supportThe ability to learn how to accurately anticipate the implications of events or decisions for various stakeholders in the organization and plan strategy accordinglyInsight to identify where process improvements can benefit the department and business partnersEstablish or supports structures and processes to plan and manage the orderly implementation of changeTakes the lead or supports setting new business directions, partnerships, policies or proceduresHelps people to develop a clear understanding of what they will need to do differently, as a result of changes in the organizationRecognizes and reinforces people's developmental efforts and improvementsYou demonstrate these behaviors:
